We setup clients' domain hosting accounts after receiving full payment and checking the payment balance before account activation. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up-to-date. We send all hosting cPanel login details to your provided email address. If you provide any false contact information, it may result in the termination of your account.
When you order our domain and hosting services, you are purchasing a pre-paid service. All payments must be made in advance using Moneybookers, Payoneer, PayPal, bKash, mobile banking, and Bank Transfer. Renewal notices will be sent sometimes via email from 1 to 15 days before the renewal date. If you are unable to renew the service by the last renewal date, your hosting and domain will be suspended, and we are not responsible for any data loss. For web hosting plans, we will set up your account without any initial payment. Clients are encouraged to pay by bKash as it is the easiest payment method at this time in Bangladesh.
All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated. If you do not pay for service renewal 5 days before the renewal date, your account will be suspended as of the end date of payment. If you do not pay for service renewal within 5 days after suspension, your account will be terminated. You will receive an email reminder 5 days before deactivation.
Our technical team is always ready to help you transfer your site to us from another hosting provider. We strive to transfer all your data from the old host to our host. However, hosting transfer is not our duty; it is a bonus service. HOSTERHOUSE will transfer a maximum of one account for shared hosting, 25 accounts for Reseller, 50 accounts for VPS, and 100 accounts for a dedicated server for free the first time. Additional transfers will incur fees.

If you use any service of HOSTERHOUSE, it is at your own risk. Our backup service runs daily and is provided as a courtesy. HOSTERHOUSE is not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for your files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backups of files and data stored on our servers. Backups will not be provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated for any reason.
HOSTERHOUSE reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. If you are unhappy with the services you receive from HOSTERHOUSE during the first 7 days of service (only hosting), you may request a full refund. You must provide a detailed reason for canceling. If we are unable to resolve the problem promptly, we will issue a full refund. If clients violate the terms and conditions and are suspended, a refund will not be offered even if cancellation is requested. Once agreed to continue using services, clients cannot ask for a refund a second time.
